Sheet Pan Dinner

- 1 pound chicken, boneless, skinless thighs chopped
- 2 cups red potatoes chopped
- 1.5 cups green beans, fresh cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Prepare sheet pan with silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.
Put chicken and vegetables into large bowl.
Drizzle oil and add seasonings, mix well to combine and coat everything in oil and seasoning.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
